Go to the City of Treasure Island Beach wedding website page. Follow the link for "small gathering permit." Select available access & time. Fill out & submit form. You will receive email confirmation. Usually easier to call.

NO WEDDINGS OVER 20 PEOPLE - very small beach This beach is not private as is often advertised by venues booking clients. The walk out from some venues may be privately owned but the beach is not - can be VERY busy. No public bathrooms No Pets or Petals allowed
