NO WEDDINGS OVER 20 PEOPLE - very small beach This beach is not private as is often advertised by venues booking clients. The walk out from some venues may be privately owned but the beach is not. Bathrooms located in 79th Ave pavilion Pavilion is rentable through City of Treasure Island No Pets or Petals allowed
