Permit Notes

4 hour permit. Use Avalon street venue as 1st choice, then Rockaway as second. If both are booked go to Indian Rocks for weddings under 30, go to Sand Key for weddings over 30.

Booking Procedure

Log into Clearwater government site. Search "Clearwater Beach Ceremony Permit" click on link for City of Clearwater site page, scroll to login link, after login you'll need to click "home" scroll to the bottom and click "beach ceremonies." Select the desired time frame and proceed to check out. Fill out the form accordingly and submit. A confirmation email will be sent. After confirmation you will pay online through the same site. Usually payment processing is not available until the next day for submitted applications.

Small Paid parking lot, more paid parking off Rockaway street. Bathrooms are located in Rockaway parking lot No covered area, No pets allowed.
