Booking Procedure

Use St. Johns County website - At the top of the permit page, select the "Beach Permits" category, then "Surfside Park," then "Beach Weddings." There are two permit time options: Morning (8 AM - 1:30 PM) or Afternoon/Evening (2 PM - 7:30 PM). You will pay a $50 application fee (part of the total $106). Upon permit approval, the remaining amount will be due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Current copy of the COI form (with St. Johns County as Additional insured) is required - must have exact verbiage: Description box: Wedding Planner Beach wedding ceremony services inclusive of temporary decoration, chairs, and wedding ceremony services for the duration of the insurance policy. The certificate holder and beaches managed by St Johns County and the City of St Augustine are listed on the General Liability Policy as an additional insured.
